The General Constructions Company Ltd – GCC are the construction company used by Philippou Properties.

GCC was originally founded in 1947 and was one of the first real estate construction companies to be registered in Cyprus quickly establishing itself as a serious and professional organisation. Today it is widely recognized as the market leader for the building industry in Cyprus.

GCC is the holder of an ISO9002 certificate and has also won 1st prize in the health and safety competition held by the “Ministry of Labour” for six years consecutively.

Aside from its operations in Cyprus, GCC established operations in Saudi Arabia 25 years ago under the name of SAUDI CYPRIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD and has been operating successfully in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ever since. GCC operations are also responsible for large scale projects in Nigeria and Sultanate of Oman as well as expanding into Greece and the Balkans.
