Terms and Conditions

To assist you in selecting a suitable property in Cyprus, Philippou Properties are pleased to subsidise your accommodation and transfers without necessity or undue pressure to purchase. However, whilst you are not obliged to purchase, we would point out that you are under obligation to view our properties with a Philippou Properties company representative for the duration of your visit. Clients who fail to adhere to this will be held in breach of our terms and conditions and will be required to pay the remaining costs of the inspection trip. Clients canceling a visit prior to departure without an insurable reason will be required to pay the full cost of the visit to Cyprus. Where an insurable reason for non-travel is provided and covered by a doctor’s certificate the charges may be covered by your private travel insurance.

Completion of the booking form and associated acceptance of our terms and conditions are legally binding and also act as confirmation that passengers are not traveling against medical advice.

Please retain flight ticket receipts as monies paid will be refunded should you purchase a property from Philippou Properties as a result of your inspection visit.
